      <image:caption>Originally from Leeds, but calling East London home for the last 12 years, I’m a fully-qualified personal trainer who thrives on inspiring others to start or simply crack-on with their fitness journey! My goal has always been to work towards a strong but healthy and functional body – neither without the other. At 36 I'm now stronger, leaner and healthier than I was at 25 (and you can be too!). Alongside my personal training qualifications, I have a decade of training experience and have completed advanced boxing training with the Hatton Training Academy, Yin Yoga with Shanti Atma Yoga, Hardstyle Kettlebells Certification with The Training Protocol and Battle Ropes programming with Onnit Academy – all world class providers in the fitness arena.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Before we get started, I’ll assess your body composition and test your current physical abilities in order to design a training programme that gives you a solid base to start from and a clear plan to progress. A new routine can be intimidating but I’ll always listen to any concerns, giving support when needed. In addition to guiding you with the right technique, I will make sure you enjoy the sessions and cultivate a passion for staying fit! To maximise results, I can provide ongoing advice and support to help you meet the goals of your training with your nutrition. Energy in equals energy out! I will help you to achieve your body composition goals through your diet that will leave you feeling better and with more energy. I believe in fitness for all and specialise in fun and accessible training experiences!</image:caption>
